Hotel Agua Azul 2.0

“I go to this place ever year. It progressively gets worse. The guys who wait on you in the pool/bar area are awesome. The pool it's self is falling apart: mold from where the water casades down,rusty chairs and the slides need maintenance. The bathrooms in the pool area needs maintenance as well. The whole things needs to updated to bring in tourists. The hotel its self is more like a motel. Cabañas have better service then this place. The stairs to walk up to the rooms are glass, and if you are a bigger person it ain't safe. The doors to the rooms are not safe at all. The rooms themselves, have a mini refrigerator that is empty, doesn't work and smells rank and you have to double check that the beds are clean.Also barely any TV and nonexistent room service, even in a Cabaña you can get hot food. If this place ever wants to get to its former glory they need to spend the $$ to do a major remodel.”

“My husband and I stayed here for private time. It is a beauriful hotel wirh very reasonable rates and excellent staff. The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Loved our room and will go next trip.”

“So i have never stayed at the hotel however, i go there every time im on vacation staying with my family in laws down there. We just go for the pool area and it is amazing. The food is great the drinks are good nice music clean water, friendly environment. You can buy like 8 bottles and 6 platters for like 80 dollars. Love this place!”
